Cassidy (Male) (Jonathan Thadeus Cassidy, Ph.D.) Alias: Jonathan
Position: Keeper, The Getty Center
Short desc: Southern gentleman, dressed all in white. The knuckles on his left hand are tattooed with the word 'HATE'. So are the right.
Publicly:

J.T. Cassidy, distinguished academic and prolific author from the Deep South, recipient of a great number of literary prizes in his career, presumptive literary heir to the Southern Gothic tradition. Often cited as the Poet Laureate of New Orleans, his often-gruesome novels and plays have tended to garner him more critical praise than concrete sales. Word is he's come to Los Angeles to negotiate film options for some of his more popular works.
Supernaturally: A Lousianna expatriate with quite a reputation back in New Orleans, Cassidy has only set up house fairly recently in Santa Monica, but has evidently been quick to ingratiate himself with Prince Acton, securing the position of Keeper of the Getty Center. An Ancilla Toreador and an author of some singular talent, he's also rumoured to be a rather accomplished, though reticent, scholar of the traditions and their history.

Matt (Male) (Matt Schnell) Alias: m
Position: Primogen of Venice
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Matt is one of the up-and-coming player agents on the national sports market. He is a nice guy who handles his players well and normally gets the best deals for them. He works a lot of overtime and is always on his way to a new deal/customer
Supernaturally: Matt, chylde of Maguire the Ventrue, has made quite a name for himself as a man of intrigue and schemes. He lived in Prince Emerson's domain but recently he left Downtown for good to join his Ventrue brethren in Santa Monica, heeding a call by Lord Entwistle. It's rumored that he was embraced over in the old world in the early nineties. A Ventrue elder called him a Vampiristic DIplomat once, but Matt managed to anger more Elders than most of his clan's young.

Acton (Male) (Acton) Alias: Ac
Position: Prince of Santa Monica
Short desc: A well-dressed man. Boldly bald. Pale, blue eyes.
Publicly: I don't know many fellows named Acton. I've heard of one, I believe. He's a senior partner at some big law firm that does major transactional work. You know, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies and those sorts of things. I'm not sure which one, though.
Supernaturally: An Elder Ventrue, Acton is widely believed to be one of the most powerful vampires in Los Angeles. Some speak that his bloodline is closely connected to that of the ancient Ventrue, Charles, the purported vampire king of Great Britain. Notwithstanding these words, few contest that Acton stands firmly in Los Angeles on his own. He holds a sizeable portion of western Los Angeles as his domain, and he has stood openly as Emerson's chief rival for nearly four decades. No, Great Britain is too far from Los Angeles for there to be serious thoughts of British Imperialism. Merely, Acton is a potent example of the tradition of power manifested by the Ventrue.

Theresa (Female) (Theresa Mountebanc) Alias: th
Position: Ancilla Tremere of Santa Monica
Short desc: Light brown hair, watchful grey eyes. Contained.
Publicly: Some sort of recluse in Beverly Hills. I've heard she's an old lady... but she must keep a granddaughter around the property. I don't know. It's the quietest damn house in Beverly, that's for damn sure.
Supernaturally: An ancilla living around Santa Monica -- a Tremere, certainly. Once or twice she's been called the "loneliest vampire in Los Angeles..." not really clear why, except she lives in that creepy atmosphere of Beverly Hills. Have you ever talked to her? Sometimes she seems normal enough for a warlock -- polite, educated, you know. But sometimes she just really seems to see much more than your average bear.

Adele (Female) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: I don't know an Adele de Bourbon, sorry..
Supernaturally: I heard this strange rumor that there was a Toreador in Europe named 'Adele de Bourbon'.. Something about beauty... Can't remember anything else, don't get many rumors from Europe these days.

Ignacio (Male) (Ignacio Del Gado) Alias: Ig
Position: <none>
Short desc: Shadowy man wrapped in fine clothing.
Publicly: Ignacio? I don't know of anyone by that name.
Supernaturally: Ignacio Del Gado is a new arrival in Santa Monica. He's a young Nosferatu, from the sound of it, with some degree of pull in the medical arena. Not really much else on him yet.

Rachael (Female) (Rachael is a good enough name to stand alone...) Alias: rt
Position: Brentwood Ghost. And Primogen.
Short desc: A scruffy, unkempt woman.
Publicly:
Rachael... Rachael *who*? No, sorry, can't say the name rings a bell. Where'd you say she hangs? In a park? Well, err... go and look in a park then, don't ask me. Get away from me, weirdo!
Supernaturally:
An elusive lady, is Rachael. Her nickname is the 'Brentwood Ghost' - because she is rumoured to reside in Brentwood, and it is as difficult to prove her existence as any ghost. Keeping herself distant from all, it is supposed to be more easy for a neonate to track her down than their elder cousins. Strange preference really, given that stories of the half-feral Gangrel persist over more than a few decades.

Frederico (Male) (Frederico Calvas Montoya) Alias: Fred
Position: Primogen of Silver Lake
Short desc: A short, arrogant man of Spanish extraction.
Publicly: Fred Montagne? I assume he's in the phone book. There's a guy by that name lives in a big house in Brentwood, isn't there? Maybe a director or an actor or something.
Supernaturally: Frederico Montoya is the childe of former Prince Rodrigo, who cultivated Los Angeles from birth through the nights of 1965. He was a faithful servant of his sire, and in the aftermath of the Watts Riots managed to re-establish himself in Brentwood under the protection of Prince Acton. He's a purely local player, and does not seem to have any ambitions outside of the Los Angeles area. He has an excellent reputation for honesty and fairness, though humility is not known to be his strong point.
Photo: [montoya.jpg]

Kasdan (Male) (Gregory Kasdan) Alias: <none>
Position: Knight of Pico Boulevard
Short desc: Average height, average looks, average clothes.
Publicly: The name is not one with which the mortal world is familiar. Other than those Hollywood director/producers. Probably no relation.
Supernaturally: Gregory Kasdan has kept to his docks in Long Beach, even after acquiring land in Santa Monica. Little is still known, openly, of his origins... but he is almost certainly Brujah and his Sire is rumored to be a Brujah of some note, but exactly who is not known to the general public. He has clearly been reclusive in the past, and he has been rumored to be ruthless as well. There are stirrings that he intends to become much more visible now that he has left both Santa Monica and Long Beach behind him. That said, why would someone who spent so much time in Ventrue domains choose to leave them?
Photo: [kasdan.jpg]

Raven (Male) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Isn't that.. that Native American guy who gives Survival courses at the community college?
Supernaturally: Some city Gangrel, travels alot.. searching for something.

Nathan (Male) (Nathan Cray) Alias: na
Position: Primogen of West Hollywood
Short desc: A flash of fashion that draws the eye, thin, late 20s.
Publicly: A charming, gorgeous young man who can't possibly be older than 30 and who owns a small art gallery on the Santa Monica Strip, "Impressions of the Soul." It's said he can find most any art that's for sale, and sometimes a piece or two that isn't. He's known to sponsor many new artists, both in his gallery and at art shows throughout the city. He has some dealings in the literary and theatre world as well, and he's recently been making a splash on the Indy movie scene. He is an outspoken proponent of the Screen Actors Guild and seems to know quite a few actors, particularly those who are willing to take risks in the roles they choose.
Supernaturally: An Ancilla of the Toreador, Nathan Cray is believed to have come to Los Angeles from Paris in the 1920s under the name Jonathan Crandall. By all accounts, he was of little importance in Prince Rodrigo's court and disappeared from the city in 1962, ending his struggle with Harrison Mayfair for control of the film industry. He returned to Santa Monica in 1988 as a knight in service of Prince Acton and has since risen to the rank of Primogen, controlling some of the city's best hunting grounds. Nathan is known for his charm, quick smile and ability to set just about anyone at ease.

Owen (Male) (Owen McKinney) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Figure him for some salesman, road warrior type. He has some business dealings in Santa Monica. Laid back type, has some reputation as a bit of a hustler.
Supernaturally: This guy is the servant to some powerful vampire, apparently. Not sure who, but if he's allowed to get involved in vampire business on his boss' behalf, he must be trusted to be pretty competent.

Aidan (Male) (Aidan Malory) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: Gymnist
Publicly: Aidan Malory? Wasn't that that gymnist who crashed and burned a few years back? He popped out of nowhere, everyone seemed to think he'd a shot to win the olympic gold. Now that you mention it, whatever did happen to him, anyway?
Supernaturally: A new vampire in Santa Monica, Aidan seems largely uninterested in politics. Rather friendly though, if you're looking for a good conversation. He's fond of literature - must be some sort of literary Torrie, despite his claims to be a gymnist. Doesn't come out very often - probably spends his nights reading.

Pascal (Male) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly:

Pascal Didier Herringer is a European buisnessman who has recently arrived in Los Angelas. With good looks, old world eduaction and manners, and a silver tongue, Pascal has a reputation as a bit of a mover and shaker. He's known to frequent Santa Monica, preferring the company of wealthy, educated, like minded individuals. He is known to be the owner of an import export company locally, and is rumored to have a number of business ventures worldwide. He is known as a shrewd and calculating master of social and business situations, and his affect can range from extremely charming to cold and domineering.
Supernaturally: Pascal is a neonate Ventrue hailing from somewhere in Europe. It's rumored that he was embraced shortly after World War II. Due to his mortal life, Pascal has been afforded a bit of recognition amongst humans, although he is a relative unknown amongst vampires outside of certain circles. He lives in Santa Monica, and has a reputation as a shrewd, calculating businessman. He much prefers words to violence, although a few rumors have been circulating around about a number of ruthless acts he has organized and ordered in his past. He adheres strictly to vampiric codes and etiquette. He prides himself on his education and old world approach to manners and order, and has nothing but respect for the Camarilla's heirarchy.

Will (Male) (William L. Johnston) Alias: WJ
Position: No one of great importance
Short desc: An average looking man in his mid-20s.
Publicly: A self-employed mathematician, a number-crunching optimization consultant.. hey, wake up!
Supernaturally: Tremere, and a quiet one at that. He's not exactly -new- to the city, but I'll be damned if I've heard a peep about him in the last.. has it been a couple years?

Miguel (Male) (Miguel Sangreal) Alias: mig
Position: Knight of UCLA, Ancilla
Short desc: Short, swarthy, and well-dressed. Really short.
Publicly: "Are you from Culver City? Seems like everyone from Culver City has met him. Apparently he's always out walking and saying 'hi' to everybody he meets. I guess the idle rich have different manners in Mexico. I hear he moved up here from Mexico someplace, he's got funny ideas about coffee, I know that." - Coffee Barrista in Santa Monica

"You wouldn't think a guy less than five feet tall could take up so much 'room'." - Overheard after seeing Miguel step off a bus.
Supernaturally: "You don't know Miguel? You obviously didn't live through the Sabbat conquests in Mexico. Miguel was one of the last holdouts in Mexico. And when he finally gave up and came to America like a sensible member of the Camarilla he brought his whole herd with him. If I had anything bad to say about him it would be that he is entirely too close to those mortals. I heard him call them his /family/. Ugh." -Toreador Harpy.

"Short bastard from Mexico? Yeah I heard of him. He ain't earned himself any friends among the Sabbat, but he's the one that came running up here with his tail between his legs." - Brujah Harpy

"Not to be esteemed on his size or reputation alone. Reports place him as an Aide de camp of Emiliano Zapata as early as 1909, by which time he was /already embraced/. Not to be taken lightly, but reports of his opposition to the Sabbat are fully confirmed. The antipathy between them is unfeigned." - leaked report originally sent to joint Princes of Los Angeles.

Dawn (Female) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: "Dawn Rockford? Oh yeah, shes some pretty young girl that spends all her times running around at night getting into mischief, hanging out in clubs going to parties that kinda thing. Her parents should really keep a better eye on her, no daughter of mine would be caught out as late as her. People might start to talk. Sure, she typically sticks to Santa Monica but you never can be too careful these days."
Supernaturally: "Dawn Rockford? Yes, she is known to me. She is a senior neonate of the Toreador clan that has spent the last thirty some odd years in Victoria, BC. Yes, thats in Canada. Before that she spent some time in LA and before that she wandered around a lot. Though according to rumors she was originally embraced in the 1930's back in Boston."

Espen (Male) (Espen van Rijt) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: An angelic face beset with punk mod clothing.
Publicly: He's been around for a few months, mostly in Santa Monica. A pretty face, it's told, but not much known beyond that.
Supernaturally: He's been around a few months, spotted mostly around Santa Monica, though lately it seems he's become more adventurous. In terms of the undead elite, however, he's largely unrecognized.

December (Female) (December Alvarez) Alias: De
Position: Knight of Topanga, Shadow of Brentwood.
Short desc: Hispanic (kind of), short, dark glasses.
Publicly: Doc Alveraz? Yeah.. she hangs around the Country Club in Brentwood these days. Doesn't go to the clinic much. Sold it to someone else or something.. Is she working on another project? I don't know, maybe. The woman seems obsessed with Medicine.
Supernaturally: December Alvarez. - Member of the Blood and Shadows coterie of Santa Monica. She's a vicious little creature, verbally at least, I've never seen her lift ahead against someone. She's a Knight or something in Santa Monica..
Photo: [healaa4.jpg]

Nelson (Male) (Nelson Jacobs) Alias: Nel
Position: Seneschal. Primogen of Malibu.
Short desc: Khakis and white shirt. Mid-twenties.
Publicly: No, no one....Oh! Jacobs. Yeah, I've seen him talking to some of the professors. Seems to be a TA or something like that. Lives somewhere in Malibu. Looks pretty straight-laced, though I heard that wasn't always the case. Yeah. Something about night clubs and cults. Weird shit. Maybe rebelling against some rich parents. You'd think he'd be old enough to be past that.
Supernaturally: He arrived from Boston a few years ago, a member of clan Tremere. Don't really know what he does for them, but he's apparently a strong supporter of the traditions, and the Camarilla as a whole. So strong that he's been given some sort of office in Santa Monica. He doesn't seem to hold anything against anarchs, but "doesn't approve," whatever that means.

Marisol (Female) (Marisol) Alias: sol
Position: Independent Advisor
Short desc: Youthful-looking South/Native American woman.
Publicly: Silvia Araceli is a recently arrived small-time player in the shipping business, both legal and illegal. She hails from somewhere in South America.
Supernaturally: The Jaguar's Daughter seems to have recently returned from...well, wherever it is she went. After an absence that lasted a year, the unusually polite and politically-minded Gangrel has returned to Santa Monica. Rumor had it she spent years down South bashing Sabbat skulls, but no one seems terribly convinced of her fighting prowess these days. Not much of a Gangrel, if you get the drift.
Photo: [Mari.jpg]
Themesong: Lost in Hollywood - System of a Down

Matilda (Female) (Matilda Cross) Alias: <none>
Position: Primogen of Beverly Hills
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Matilda Cross? Yeah, I've seen her around. The new girl in town, right? Short dark hair? Dancer's build? Spells "creepy" all over her? Yeah, I think I heard someone say she's from Santa Barbara. Wait, it might have been from Sacramento.
She seems to have diverse tastes too. I see her dressed up to go to the theatre, but then she's been around some seedier places too and blending right in. And I don't know where she gets all that money from either. I mean she drives that really nice BMW, but last I heard she doesn't even have a job. And man, what a temper. She seems nice enough when in a good mood, but she apparently has a problem with running a little hot.
Supernaturally: A Ventrue Ancilla that has migrated from the Ventrue stronghold of Sacramento to Santa Monica. Her reasons for arriving have not been made apparent as of yet.

Lacroix (Male) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Pierre Lacroix the II? Isn't he some kind of photographer or something like his old man from up there North, Canada? He follows in his old man's shoes took some good shots of Kim Campbell shortly before the conservatives got obliberated and Jean Cretian and the Liberals took office. The Associated Press uses his photos just like they did with his father. He is a little young to be retired, or maybe he's so washed up that he's joined the paparazzi.
Supernaturally: Pierre Lacroix is the childe of Janet Lantrendese of Clan Toreador. He has a knack for blending in with the mortal kine. In turn, he can get the information he needs and favors from them He used to live in Ottawa, Ontario. If you ever need information on mortal goings on ask him. He seems to have the contacts. His sire Janet Latrendese is an Ancilla although she does not involve herself too much in active politics she was in Santa Monica during the time of the riots but moved away along with the most of the elders to stay safe during the troubled time. She probably met Lacroix during this time over in Ottawa Canada of all places.

Sienna (Female) (Sienna Cerda Aldama) Alias: <none>
Position: Well-Connected Wanderer
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Sienna who? No. I have no idea who you're talking about. Horribly disfigured? I think I would have remembered that.
Supernaturally: Sienna Cerda Aldama is the childe of Raphael. Horribly disfigured is what I've heard. If she weren't a part of such a storied gangrel bloodline, I'd almost think she was a Nosferatu. A camarilla by all accounts, though I hear its been some time since she was in LA, a decade at least. Real quiet woman. Has a freaking mountain lion kitten she has ride around on her shoulder and things. Strange.

Marii Fuhennori (Female) (<none>) Alias: mf
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Marii is relatively famous. She is known alright in California and a few subcultures know her in the U.S., due to her sending of her novels to Marii's family in New York State. Her breakout book is called Legacy of an Angel, and it is a drama/romance meant for teens/young adults.
Supernaturally: Marii is a novelist currently living in Los Angeles. She is a part of the Gangrel clan and is originally from New York State. She is still relatively new to the area. Marii likes to hang out with people who like japanese animation, creative writing, and drawing.

Daniel (Male) (Daniel T. Furcifer) Alias: Furcifer
Position: Professional Debunker and reporter for the L.A. Times
Short desc: Mid-Thirties. Blonde, blue-grey eyes. Thinish, tall.
Publicly: Daniel T. Furcifer is a moderately well known author of several books on the topic of debunking myths, legends and the so-called 'supernatural'. Recently came to work for the L.A. Times and is relatively new to L.A.. He's known to believe that everything has a sound explanation. Only fools believe in the supernatural. He's not been seen for a while, perhaps he was out researching a new book somewhere. But he seems to have come back from wherever he went.
Supernaturally: Who? The reporter? A nobody as yet but word is he's Pyotr's kid. Just in from out of town and claiming to be fresh and new. That'll change fast or he won't last in *this* town.

Elisa (Female) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Elisa? Nah, can't say I know of any Elisa. Wait, no. That one chick who never seems to speak, wasn't her name Elisa? Or maybe it was Lisa. Eh, something like that. Anyway, guess there's not much to tell about that girl. Must not be important.
Supernaturally: Elisa…Oh, yeah. That French Nossie. Can't say I know too much about her. She's like any other Nos, being all lurk in the shadows. She's new in town though, came most recently from San Francisco I think.

Flint (Male) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Not much is known about "Flint" except he is a fantastic fighter, an enigmatic character, and that Flint isn't his real name. He was born to a poor family in Oakland California.
Supernaturally: Smelly little Gangrel. He fights like a bear and runs like a greyhound. Enigmatical person who usually spends his time alone. He likes to wander around just about everywhere. Sometimes he doesn't respond when spoken to, just keeps on wandering around seemingly aimlessly.

Fern (Female) (Fern Williams Hawthorne) Alias: fe
Position: <none>
Short desc: Fern is a short woman, short red(auburn) hair, lepard skin jacket, velvet red and gold skirt, high heels.
Publicly: Fern is a filthy rich woman by all accounts. She struts along as if she is better then everyone else, He held high, chin out, small smile on her face. She frequents fancy and expensive stores, wearing that horrible lepard skin jacket of her's. She supports Beverly Hills with slight donations of her money but never seems to care much for the slum living people. She sometimes will kick dirt in their faces or insult them.
Supernaturally: Fern is a respectful young neonate Tremere. There is a lot to say about her but we will just give you the basics. She is rich, she has great potential for power among the vampire community, but she requires training by an older and more knowledgeable member of her clan.

Melanie (Female) (Melanie Hall) Alias: mel
Position: <none>
Short desc: Short, petite, black hair and a bright purple fashion sense.
Publicly: Melanie Hall's just a bit of a hippie - she's from San Francisco, after all, and of *course* she's into all that New Age-y stuff. She runs the Amethyst Night, a shop down on Venice Beach where they sell crystals and herbs and stuff like that - Quinn Landers's old place. But wow, she's got this creepy vibe going that Quinn never had. Bad karma backing up on her or something?
Supernaturally: Melanie's most recently from San Francisco, but she wasn't made there - her Sire is Peter McNichols of Portland, Oregon. She's been undead for about 20 years, and hasn't done a whole lot to make a reputation for herself in that time, either good or bad.

Della (Female) (Della Clarke) Alias: <none>
Position: In the air?
Short desc: Tall pretty blonde.
Publicly: Della Clarke? She's the daught of some oil tycoon.. David Clarke? Yeah, I think he died a year back. Some accident.
Supernaturally: Yeah, I'm pretty sure she's a squishy.

Anansi (Female) (Anansi) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: Effervescent.
Publicly: Anansi is a twentysomething intern at Darklight Studios, a special effects studio located in West Hollywood that specializes in scifi. Seems as bubbly and strange as anyone would expect from a scifi nut. Rather energetic, and likes to talk, if you would describe a constant barrage of questions with an almost childlike curiousity to be talking.
Supernaturally: Not much is known about Anansi. She seems to have just sprung into existence in the year 2000, just after the turn of the millenium. Arrived recently in LA with Daedalus, and seems rather taken with him. She is filled with energy, curiousity, and even more curiousity.

El Charro (Male) (El Charro de Jaguar, El Jinete Negro) Alias: ch
Position: Primogen of El Segundo
Short desc: Rugged and roguish Porteno in a black cowboy hat.
Publicly: El Charro de Jaguar...? Uh... I don't know. You got a real name? No? Well, I can't help you, then.
Supernaturally: They call him El Charro de Jaguar. That's Jaguar Outlaw, or something like that. I don't think it translates straight. I've met him once, and I can see where the name comes from. He looks like one of those old guachos--but there's not much 'man' in him--he's like a cat in a cowboy's skin. They say he comes from Buenos Aires--that's a long way to come. He keeps quiet, though he's brought a couple of neonates with him--maybe his childer. Word gets around, though... I've heard he hunts down licks that are too 'feral' for his taste. I'll keep my manners around him, thank you very much.

Carraig (Male) (<none>) Alias: feral
Position: Crouched
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Carraig is often seen wandering around Venice Beach, talking to the 'enlightened' and the vacationers. He's also seen sporting a biker jacket with polynesian tribal designs that say 'Toa Aotearoa' though he doesn't really ride with anyone else.
Supernaturally: Carraig is the child of Janet MacGregor, a Gangrel known as the Lady Wendigo. He currently lives in Santa Monica. He is himself sometimes called 'Taniwha' though only does he jokingly say this term, as when asked it is some horrible mythic beast in Maori legend that hardly resembles vampirism - apart from hunger. What is known about him, is that he is a very inquisitive sort, and when he does get goaded into talking finds himself curious about the opinions of others on the origins of Vampirism, and the reasons for its existence. By all accounts he's something of a philosopher-vampire.

Justyn (Male) (Justyn Augustus Valarion) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Valarion? Some junior associate working for the local branch of a big law firm. Used to be quite the popular rich party boy on the Santa Monica strip hanging out with lots of local hot boys until he disappeared.
Supernaturally: The blue blood lawyer who was said to be able to get whatever documents a vamp needed, for a price? Yeah, rich as fuck, but has a stick up his ass, complete Ventrue. Disappeared about the time of the Prince Andrew fiasco, there were rumors ...

Daedalus (Male) (Lucius Cesare) Alias: Lucius
Position: Primogen of West Hollywood.
Short desc: A dark-haired, green-eyed man of middle age and vaguely European extraction.
Publicly: Lucius Cesare is a well-respected architect in West Hollywood. He was recently relocated to the area by his firm. A friendly and personable man, it is not uncommon to find him around the campus of universities and colleges around Southern California giving guest lectures or socializing with faculty and students. As a patron of the arts, he has been known to purchase the works of up and coming artists to support their burgeoning careers.
Supernaturally: Daedalus, or Lucius Cesare, is an older Toreador from the 'old world'. A plain looking fellow he can usually be found in the West Hollywood section of Santa Monica. He is one of the newest of the newcomers to the city and so a relative unknown at this time though it can be reasonably assumed that he, like his clan members, is an artist or art afficionado of some sort.

Cylus (Male) (Cylus Quinn) Alias: <none>
Position: Retired Catburgler
Short desc: Short, of indiscriminate asian descent.
Publicly: Cylus Quinn? Who's looking for him? He retired ages ago. Heard he made a fortune though, back in the day. Used to be his name was a byword, clever as Quinn. Difficult man to catch, only took commissions that interested him, and you could never tell what would interest him. Always seemed to know when someone was looking, and if he didn't want to talk to you, you'd never find him. Lots of friends, I guess... Best place to look for him? Oh, I don't know. Heard he likes museums. No, not to target - try to hire him to steal from a museum and you'll likely find yourself missing some item of personal import one day or another. No, he just likes to hang out in them. Look at the art, I guess.
Supernaturally: Once a catburgler, now Cylus just enjoys spending his time looking at art and philosophizing. Must have made a fortune in his trade, since he resides in Santa Monica. A bit rough around the edges for that domain, but likable enough.

Cecil (Male) (Cecil Northrup) Alias: <none>
Position: Knight of Wilshire Blvd.
Short desc: White male, brown hair, under thirty.
Publicly: Cecil Northrup is new in town, a young guy, recently of San Fran; he moved into Santa Monica. Doesn't seem to have found a job yet, but he's not starving.
Supernaturally: A Santa Monica Warlock; he tends to lurk in Westwood or Malibu.

Takako (Female) (Takako Yubitsumo) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: A handsome Japanese woman in her mid to late twenties.
Publicly:
"Yubitsumo, Yubitsumo... I've heard the name. Wait! Isn't she that eccentric poet? The weird recluse! Yeah, there are all sorts of rumors about her. Apparently, she only eats food that is white. Like rice and milk. And she has like a dozen hairless cats. And she once flew around town in a zeppelin, broadcasting poetry on the light-board." -Joe Lightfoot, Conspiracy Theorist.

"Well, she -is- an eccentric writer of some sort. A bigwig in the literary world. She likes to dress flamboyantly sometimes. Isn't she also some sort of heiress? Wasn't her father the inventor of the Slinky? No, wait. Her grandfather was a train-robber. Or was in a movie about train-robbing. Or train-building. Or something." -Melanie Jones, Student.

"Ms. Yubitsumo's poetry is exquisite. The tone of her works is subtle and elegant, a breath of fresh air in a smog-filled world. Her works remind us of the late Anna Kent, whose unique voice inspired girls everywhere during the late sixties. Even though Ms. Yubitsumo denies being influenced by Kent, we can definitely see a re-embrace of romanticism and lyricism in her works that makes us wonder if the blood of the great Japanese poet Basho runs in Ms. Yubitsumo's veins." -California Literary Review
Supernaturally:
"Takako Yubitsumo? Definitely Toreador. Some sort of ancilla. Recently moved here from Carmel, California, but she's visited Los Angeles repeatedly in the past. Heard that she first came to the states in the mid 1800s. Or rather, that some family member SENT her here from her homeland, in an attempt to get rid of her, due to some scandal. But, there's another rumor that she used to be a mortal geisha, and that her sire bought her overseas and had her imported to amuse his companions."

"Anyway, I've heard that she's big into poetry. Though, occasionally, I hear whispers that she used to play some sort of Japanese flute, too. She seems to clam up when asked about that, though. The poetry she'll go on and on about. Be careful in mentioning poetry, or she may latch onto you like some sort of rabid word-leech.

"I seem to recall something about her psychologically torturing some neonate...without even using any powers of the blood...until the poor kid went insane and fled California. Doesn't really seem to fit her personality, though. She seems quiet, very pensive, slightly withdrawn..."

Mike (Male) (Michael Richard Dawson) Alias: omg
Position: <none>
Short desc: White male, dark brown hair.
Publicly: Apparently he's a music promoter. He seems more interested in hanging out at the skate park than doing any actual work, though.
Supernaturally: Mike Dawson is a neonate Brujah who hasn't gone out of his way to interact with other vampires since arriving in LA. He seems far more interested in his own schemes and mingling with the mortal populace.

Tomas (Male) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: What? Who? Oh Tomas Ferro? Oh, yea I seen him. He hangs out over the Pelican club. Kinda quiet, and doesn't seem to like people too much. He is all goth, fuckin' weirdo, those types are. He is from the east coast somewhere, near Canada, I think. He is kinda touchy I would avoid him, strange guy, for sure.
Supernaturally: He is from Bangor, Maine, where he was Sired by the Prince of the Ventrue, in March of 2000, at the age of 20. He has just arrived in L.A. and hangs out at the Pelican Club.

Tobias (Male) (Tobias Moon) Alias: Moon
Position: Knight of Greater LAX
Short desc: An observing man of tall height wearing light colours.
Publicly: A tall, obviously rich man, probably high born judging by the way he carries himself when seen pacing leisurly through the streets of Santa Monica, the way he dresses, the silver jaguar he drives and the way he speaks. Must be some kind of CEO or politician or just filthy rich.
Supernaturally: Tobias seems to have quite an interest in Camarilla affairs and tries to keep himself up to date on the subject of other vampires. He acts corteously and with eloquence when approached. He seems to have been around America quite a bit, and is currently residing in the city of Angels, more specifically in Santa Monica.

Fenchurch (Female) (<none>) Alias: <none>
Position: <none>
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Fenchurch can be found in Santa Monica bookstores, art galleries, or other gatherings of the bohemian. It's generally understood that she is slightly retarded, maybe an idiot savant of some sort. However, she did have a point when she accused the poets on open-mic night of being 'shackled by bourgiose morality.'
Supernaturally: Fenchurch is a neonate Malkavian with a fixation on explaining the vampiric condition according to her own insane philosophical dialectics. Generally harmless (as harmless as an insane undead predator can be), she can probably be found in Santa Monica. Try somewhere seedy, though. And be prepared for the oddities inherent to her clan.

Friedrich (Male) (Friedrich Seydlitz) Alias: f
Position: Elder of Century City
Short desc: A very large, impressively looking man.
Publicly: A reclusive millionaire in Century City. Quite the common sort in the part of town where he lives. I'll be damned if he doesn't own a penthouse there. What's that accent? Austrian?
Supernaturally: As if Acton, Elaine and Cafliaglon aren't enough, here's another Ventrue elder, though he's rumored to be quite different from your average ventrue elder ... he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty and gets up from his ass when he needs to. Why is he here? He's from Germany somewhere and now has come to Santa Monica. Why? Why is he not a Prince somewhere? What will he do in LA? Maybe this is one that doesn't hide in an ivory tower.

Vladimir (Male) (Vladimir Demidovs) Alias: Vlad
Position: <none>
Short desc: A man of avearage appearance with dark hair.
Publicly: Vladimir? Yeah, I think I know who you're talking about. I've never met him but I heard of a guy by that name in Santa Monica. He's supposed to have his hands in some kind of illegal weapon trade. Good luck finding the guy, though. Rumor has it that *he* finds *you*, not the other way around.
Supernaturally: Vladimir is newly arrived to LA. Some say he came from some country in Europe, either Italy or Russia. He can mostly be found hanging around Elysium.

Viktor (Male) (Viktor Jorgensson) Alias: Vik
Position: Neonate, Member of Legio Praetorianus
Short desc: Charming, young man in expensive clothing
Publicly: Big black sedan, always in suit and tie. And with that baby faced look, he cant be over 20. Must be another one of those rich kid 'yuppies'. But then again in a place like Santa Monica, such a thing does not seem very much out of place at all....
Supernaturally: Not much is yet known of this apparently European stranger. Having only met a representative of the Prince for the permission to reside within Santa Monica, Viktor has not yet met with any other Vampires in town. He seems to be eager to meet with other Vampires however, so perhaps more of him would be known soon enough.

Zakhar (Male) (Zakhar Ivanov) Alias: Zak
Position: Primogen of the City of Santa Monica
Short desc: A large man with a thick Russian accent.
Publicly:

Zakhar? Yeah, I've heard of him. Some Russian guy that just setup shop at The Pelican Club. I'm not sure if he's the owner or just one of the big-wig managers but he's definitely one of the higher-ups at the place.
Supernaturally:

Zak's just a Camarilla-loyal Brujah living in Santa Monica and after arriving in LA a few years ago he's managed to acheive the position of Primogen in Santa Monica. With the recent arrival of mortal hunters in the city, and the murder of a fellow clansman, Zakhar has taken a strong interest in disposing of the vampire hunters that roam the streets. And apparently he's not doing *too* bad of a job; rumor has it that he's been involved in two separate incidents, one in SM and the other in SC, where all the vampire hunters involved were either captured or killed.

Bossu (Male) (<none>) Alias: Boss
Position: Knight of Civic Center
Short desc: <none>
Publicly: Bossu? Umm, never heard of him.
Supernaturally: Yeah, I've met him once. I think he's from Atlanta, somehow got transferred to a chantry here in LA. Yeah, chantry. Didn't know he was Tremere? Hah, maybe you should meet him. -Random Elysium Ghoul
